1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the Krafiqo mobile app, related website pages, and support channels. By using Krafiqo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Krafiqo.
2. What Krafiqo is for
Krafiqo is intended for creating, reviewing, previewing, saving, exporting, and sharing field-service documents such as quotes, invoices, receipts, and PDFs.
You may use Krafiqo only for lawful business purposes and only for documents, images, files, and customer information you are authorized to create, store, process, or share.
3. Your document responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing customer details, job details, line items, prices, quantities, taxes, notes, terms, payment text, totals, and PDF output before sharing or relying on a document.
Krafiqo does not automatically confirm, issue, send, finalize, or approve documents on your behalf.
4. No legal, tax, or accounting advice
Krafiqo is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. The app does not guarantee that a quote, invoice, receipt, tax label, tax rate, payment term, or document layout is legally compliant in any country or region.
Consult a qualified professional when compliance matters for your business.
5. OCR and AI suggestions
Local OCR may be available on supported devices. Optional cloud AI enhancement may be available to eligible Pro users when connected, configured, and within quota.
OCR and AI output is for review assistance only. Suggestions are not confirmed business data until you review and save or confirm them. Krafiqo does not use AI to finalize amounts, taxes, quantities, payment details, exports, or shares for you.
6. Payments and collections
Krafiqo may let you enter payment instructions, payment links, payment references, QR images, or similar customer-facing payment text. These fields are display-only.
Krafiqo does not process customer payments, hold funds, route payments, split payments, operate a wallet, store customer card data, run automated collections, or send automated customer reminder campaigns.
7. Free and Pro features
Krafiqo may offer Free and Pro feature levels. Pro features are sold through iOS in-app subscriptions and may include higher document limits, multiple templates, cloud AI enhancement when available, history duplication, and advanced PDF branding options.
App Store purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and localized pricing behavior are handled through Apple's subscription systems. Krafiqo may verify subscription status to unlock eligible features.
The selected localized price, billing period, and included Pro features are shown before purchase. A Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly subscription renews automatically for the selected period unless it is canceled through the App Store. You can manage or cancel future renewal from Apple's subscription controls. Deleting a Krafiqo account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
8. Availability and offline use
Krafiqo is iOS first. Android availability should not be assumed unless an official release link exists. Some features may vary by device capability, entitlement, region, release status, network availability, or backend availability.
Local document creation, review, PDF generation, and local save are designed for field work. Cloud sync, cloud restore, cloud AI, content, admin operations, and subscription verification require network access and may be unavailable offline.
9. Account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping account access secure. Do not use Krafiqo to upload, create, or share unlawful, misleading, unauthorized, or harmful content.
10. Account deletion
You can request account deletion from Krafiqo Settings. The request begins a 30-day waiting period. You can sign in during that period and cancel deletion; otherwise, Krafiqo runs the account purge after the waiting period. A minimized deletion audit may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy
Krafiqo's handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of the public product terms and should be read together with these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
Krafiqo may update these terms as the product changes. The date above reflects the latest published version.
